Self Loan Station
The Self Loan Station is a state-of- the art loan station designed to look amazing in any library environment.
- With a portrait-oriented 23” touchscreen it allows the display of multiple items without the requirement to scroll up or down.
- Self-Adhesive (Single Side)
- Will enable self-borrowing and returning of library materials.
- Will have vandal-proof floor standing kiosk enclosure with key lock access door for changing of receipt paper roll.
- All self-check components will be mounted inside the kiosk enclosure and allowed easy relocation when needed.
Self Loan Station -
Will Able to read the information such as Item ID/accession number from RFID Tag to be sent to LMS for borrowing or returning process.
Will Able to turn on or off the security bit in RFID Tag after successful returning or borrowing
Will Able to integrate with the current LMS using SIP2 protocol
Will be able to process multiple items affixed with RFID Tag, up to 8 items (max. 25mm thickness per item) placed at the RFID scanning area. Items beyond the perimeter of 150mm around the kiosk will not be read unintentionally.
Configurable to be provide the combination of borrow, return and renew function.
Will Able to support Unicode.
Will Able to support scanning of patron card (bar-coded card or smart card) for patron login.
Will have numeric keypad for total user privacy while entering PIN number.
Will Able to support user PIN number login. Configurable to turn on/off PIN entry.
Will allow checking in/out of all types of library items such as CD/DVDs, books, video/audio cassettes, periodicals, etc.
